Safer San Francisco eliminates duplicative and excessive reporting requirements, reducing the time officers are behind a desk and gets them out on the street. It also clarifies that in most cases, the officers can use technological solutions like body-worn cameras to record incident information, instead of having to go back to the district station to fill out paperwork.
